his eyes are knives, his fingers are teeth

he dips the tongue of his spoon
                                                into the pig's brown blood

he lifts spoon to mouth
                                    spoon to mouth

draws a mirror of blood on the table

he sees himself with pig fingers
                                                 and pig nose

he sees himself as a pig
                                    eating a human head

he devours the eyes
                                they are his own eyes

he chews the ears
                            they are his own ears

he puts the pig's mouth
                                    into his own mouth

and when he swallows
                                    he hears himself scream
